Members of the Grand Junction Area Chamber of Commerce and Club 20 are calling for oil shale development to proceed in Western Colorado in a "thoughtful and deliberate manner." Kathy Hall of Club 20, a coalition of counties, says that this time "we want to see long-term, sustainable jobs."
