Anna Pitts, 75, was driving westbound on Patterson Road in a Honda Accord when her car was struck by a Ford F-350 pickup driving eastbound, said Sgt. Dave Oswalt of the Grand Junction Police Department. The Daily Sentinel reported that the driver of the pickup truck was not considered to be at fault and was not cited.
